Department Profile Enterprise Technology Services provides a reliable, secure and agile technical platform for Morgan Stanley's business applications and operations. ETS enables business operations and delivers collaboration and productivity tools to our internal and external clients. ETS provides production management, quality assurance, and end user services for Institutional Securities and Support Services and delivers first-line defenses to manage the IT risks to the Firm, address the evolving cyber threat landscape, and meet regulatory expectations. ETS also works with Investment Banking to manage the Firm's strategic relationships with the technology community, including venture capitalists, established technology companies, and start-ups. Team Profile ENS Risk Management is part of the Enterprise Network Services department within the Core Infrastructure within Enterprise Technology & Services. The goal of ENS Risk is to manage, escalate and monitor technology and data risk by applying the firm's policies and procedures consistently, comprehensively and proactively. Role Profile This role will require the ability to collaborate as part of a small team at managing several risk management related efforts. Primary Responsibilities - Participate in team squads to transform and improve assessment programs - Perform investigation of highlighted risks to identify and facilitate resolution of potential issues - Quality assurance of issue management reporting and feedback of analysis - Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to understand business needs and translate these into fit for purpose business requirements for tooling and process improvements - Proactively engage with stakeholders from all levels of the organisation - Utilize data analysis tool sets to analyse and interpret information, identify root causes of problems & draw conclusions - Support internal, external and regulatory audit responses Skills required - Knowledge of the Morgan Stanley systems and infrastructure, Risk programs, and departments.
