About the team Our Executive Search team has a disruptive approach to Executive Search, challenging our competition and offering our clients something different. The team is focused on 'C-suite' & Senior Technology leadership positions, globally. We're looking for bright, committed and ambitious people who want to join us on that journey and help take NP Executive Search from a trusted and successful business, to a valued brand in the Executive Search Technology market. This role is for an experienced Executive Search Consultant, or a Senior Recruitment Consultant who has solid senior level appointments experience. We work a little differently to the more traditional Search outfits, so would suit someone looking to work in a more agile, dynamic and fast moving business. We are market and geographically agnostic and have a great track record of partnering closely with our clients and delivering far more effective and efficient searches than our competitors. Building on the team's success we are looking for someone to help build out our practice. We are open to backgrounds and specialisms. The role You'll already be familiar with what the role requires as you are already doing it, however here are a few bullet points: * Be a new type of Executive Search Consultant - you are the person the best candidates and businesses want to work with. You have gravitas, credibility and a fresh head on your shoulders. We have a different approach to search. We like to think more commercial, more grounded, more approachable, more results driven * Be a specialist in your market - you enjoy immersing yourself in your market and will know what is happening, where it is happening and have your finger on the pulse at all times * Be commercial - whilst your role is about being commercially successful in terms of growing a business within our Search function, you will also be responsible to help identify new business opportunities for NP Group and be able (and eager) to talk about all our service offerings, RPO, SWR as well as Executive Search * Be a great member of our team - it's all about collaborating, enabling and being bold in this business It's all about you We're only as good as the people we hire and we are building a brilliant business. To those ends we look for the following in you: * You're ambitious, resilient and tenacious and take pride in delivering above and beyond expectations * You have an innate ability to engage, question and listen to people * You have a successful career in Search or Recruitment and looking to switch it up a gear. We are interested in all sorts of backgrounds and industries, however having worked in Private Equity, Professional Services, or being focused on functional verticals such as Technology, HR & Operations, Finance etc...is also really interesting * You are culturally sensitive - we work multiple projects in global locations at any one time. You have to be able to understand and adapt to other cultures with ease, whilst being able to drive and work with our solutions and approach, which can be a very new experience to our clients * You enjoy what you do - we are cultivating a team and environment that isn't just about coming to work, but enjoying it too.
