Job Description
Euromonitor International are looking for a Website Client Executive to join our online customer service team in our London Headquarters. * Work for a global and diverse company * Offices in central London and flexible work hours The successful candidate will demonstrate organisational and customer service skills as well as a keen interest to interact with clients and address client queries. Brief Overview of the role: The Website Client Executive role is ideal for a recent graduate, school leaver or experienced administrative/support professional looking to join an International Research Company, where they will be heavily involved with customers and research. The Website Client Executive role is to assist the Website Editor in enhancing the user experience of Euromonitor.com resources, driving brand awareness and online revenue, specifically focusing on assisting visitors to the site, answering questions on our products and services and increasing conversion rates. If you see yourself as a great communicator, who is tenacious and customer focused then this could be the role for you. This is primarily achieved through direct communication with our clients, in real time and by email. Website Client Executives are required to become experts on the complete product portfolio, have excellent communication skills and a helpful nature, when answering a wide range of often complex questions from business leaders, prospective clients and visitors to the website. The successful candidate will be part of an international team across three key time zone locations that allows Euromonitor to offer our clients 24 support. Key responsibilities: * Real time online client and order support, answering client questions on Euromonitor International's products, services and methodology. * Assisting with payment queries or any issues related to the online purchasing process. * Liaising with industry research teams with questions or feedback as necessary. * Online order processing. * Collating feedback and usability recommendations, online process improvement and bug identification. * Monitoring our analysis systems to provide weekly reports on site use and trends. * Contributing to an internal knowledge base of frequently asked questions. Research and purchasing related. * Assisting the Website Editor. Requirements Skills/Proficiencies required: * Excellent communication skills * Service-oriented attitude * Fluent written and spoken English, with additional languages an advantage * IT literate, with good knowledge of MS software such as Word, Excel, etc. * Excellent oral and written communication skills * Tenacity and keen attention to detail * Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workloads * Customer service experience * Experience of website administration will be an advantage This role involves collaborating with many parts of the business; key relationships include: * Website Editorial team * Communications Unit * Web Development, IT and Production * Research and Editorial Benefits Why work for Euromonitor?
