Our Information Technology Generalist - Practice Support team focuses on managing the design and implementation of technology infrastructure within PwC, developing and enhancing internal applications, and providing technology tools that help create a competitive advantage for PwC to drive strategic business growth. Position Responsibilities Test, implement & maintain business applications Administer SQL Database & its security Administer Windows server & Active Directory Linux administration Adhere & implement PwC global & local IT Standards Ensure the firm's IT security requirements, including Information Security Management System (ISMS), ISO 27001 on all above areas and monitor the status regularly Position Requirements Preferably a minimum of 1-3 years experience in a similar capacity A Bachelor's degree in Computer science or recognized professional qualification in IT Good knowledge about LAN and WAN networking and firewall, preferably Palo Alto Basic knowledge about VMWare, ESXi, VCenter, Symantec backup EXEC and tape autoloader, HP server hardware and HP storage Ability to work with CISCO devices such as switches, access points, and wireless controllers Excellent organising skills, problem solving skills and a high level of attention to detail Ability to work independently under pressure, multitask and maintain a high degree of confidentiality Good communication and interpersonal skills Education (if blank, degree and/or field of study not specified) Degrees/Field of Study required: Bachelor Degree - Computer and Information Science Degrees/Field of Study preferred: Certifications (if blank, certifications not specified) Desired Languages (If blank, desired languages not specified) English Travel Requirements Not Specified Available for Work Visa Sponsorship?
