/ Responsibilities Technical Skills: * Analyze, troubleshoot, and investigate issues through to completion * Manage all incidents\service requests * Hyper-v and failover cluster environments * Win server (2008-2016) * Netback-up and backup-exec * Back-up tape rotation * Major incident handing * RSA administration * MS Exchange Process Skills: * Understanding of As/400 * Understanding of SAP * Data Center ownership - Maintain access levels and housekeeping * Good understanding of process documentation * Good understanding of Windows 7/10 operating systems * Good understanding of Apple iOS * Awareness of ITIL practices
