We are excited to be recruiting a new Programme Manager for Childcare and Education. We have specialist facilities to support raising aspirations and a key priority of the role is to monitor the impact of provision through value added. The department is popular amongst learners within the district and we are seeking for someone to help us to take the curriculum area to the next level, especially through the transition to T Levels You will line manage an existing team of practitioners offering; Childcare, Supporting Teaching and Learning, Access to Education, as well as numerous community course. You will guide, support and mentor the team through appraisals, keep in touch meetings as well as CPD.
