Job Description

Role: Executive Chef Location: London Salary Package: Undisclosed Hours: 50 hours per week We are looking for an experienced high volume Executive Chef to deliver high quality food and service across the business, be hands on and actively contribute towards the development of new food offers. To inspire, motivate and lead the team in and out of the kitchens. To be responsible for the management of the BOH teams and operation of the kitchens. This is very much a hands-on role that requires the Executive Chef to step into the kitchens as and when required. As a Executive Chef you will need; * Minimum of 2 years experience at Executive Chef level * Commercial business acumen * Extensive knowledge of modern British food * Food creativity experience * Coach and mentor to the teams to ensure high engagement levels, people development and strengthen the company culture * Managing food and payroll cost without impact on brand, or quality standards * Consistently maintain established standards across the kitchens through leading by example and quality control * Showing a thorough understanding of the London upscale hotel market to ensure the highest standards of food offering * Proactively attracting and selecting talent for the Kitchens in line with company procedures and culture We're an independent business offering timeless eating & drinking destinations across London.
