Job Description We are currently recruiting a Logistics Team Leader to join the team in Runcorn on a Full Time, Permanent basis to work shifts (which includes nights and weekends). The purpose of this multi-skilled role is to lead warehouse staff who operate across the three areas within the warehouse. You will ensure deliveries are processed and coordinated, ensure production needs are met throughout BFS (Blow Fill Seal) and PFS (Pre-filled syringe) and plan/prepare goods outward movements to meet customer needs and regulatory requirements. In order to achieve this, the Logistics Team Leader will work with the Logistics Coordinators, Logistics Practitioners and Logistics Operators to: + Ensure accurate and efficient processing, control and management of all goods inward transactions and movements including document completion. + Understand the BFS/PFS operational plan; and pick, replenish, load and store product and components to ensure the production plan is met + Plan, prepare goods outward movements; coordinating with Logistics Coordinators and Logistics Practitioners to ensure the timely and accurate dispatch of finished product including document completion. + To trouble shoot and resolve warehouse issues in a quick and effective manner, to contribute to the achievement of site performance targets. Key Responsibilities: + Make sure you and your team are up to date with SOPG/WI and TARs and that they are present within your training file + Make known any training requirements and ensure colleagues attend training sessions when provided + Provide training to other members of warehouse as required + Management of the Warehouse process; functional duties + Perform a suitable handover with the oncoming shift + Have working knowledge of the processes and procedures within the warehouse. + Work towards site KPIs + Perform documentation reviews of work carried out by your team in real-time. + Provide coaching and mentoring to the warehouse team where required Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills + Level 3 Qualification - NVQ L3, BTEC National, ONC or C&G L3 in Logistics / engineering or scientific field. + Logistics experience in the pharmaceutical or related industry (Pharma, Hi-tech or FMCG) (Desirable) + Good communicator, self-starter and team player with the ability to set and deliver high performance standards for self and team members + Strong managerial/supervisory experience + Good problem solving skills, workshop skills. + High Attention to detail required. + Ideally competent in SAP processing Function Supply Chain Sub Function Logistics Already Working @TEVA?
