Our client is looking for Technical Support and Logistics Coordinator

Responsibilities:


Coordinate technician schedules to ensure optimal resource allocation and timely service delivery

Manage inventory levels of spare parts, equipment, and supplies

Coordinate the procurement of necessary materials and equipment

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory

Generate and submit required paperwork and reports in a timely manner

Serve as a liaison between the technical team and other departments to facilitate effective communication


Education and Experience


Associate's degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or related technical field

A minimum of 2 to 3 years’ of hands-on experience in technical repair, preferably in the gaming or technology industry


Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities


Strong organizational and time management skills

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

COMPTIA certification and/or electrician journeyman certification is desirable

Proficiency in computer software applications (scheduling software, Microsoft Excel)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting and navigate changes with a positive attitude.

A valid drivers license with at least 5 years driving experience.
