Our client is looking for Logistics Coordinator:


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.

Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator or in a similar role, demonstrating knowledge of logistics operations.

Strong understanding of shipping procedures, transportation modes, and inventory management.

Proficiency in using logistics software, tracking systems, and Google Suite.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and schedule inbound and outbound shipments to meet customer demands.

Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and warehouses to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Prepare shipping documentation, including bills of lading, packing lists, and customs forms.

Monitor shipment progress, track delivery status, and communicate updates to stakeholders.

Resolve any shipping issues, delays, or discrepancies that may arise during the transportation process.

Expeditiously clear shipments and goods through customs ensuring delay are avoided.

Manage inventory levels and monitor stock movement to prevent shortages or excess.

Optimize transportation routes and shipping methods to minimize costs and improve efficiency.

Analyze logistics data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and logistics activities.

Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, customs requirements, and safety standards.
