Logistics & Returns Coordinator Based : High Wycombe Term : Full-time, Permanent Salary : C25k, depending on experience The Logistics and Returns Coordinator role is responsible for managing the day to day flow of product with our logistics partners, working with all external provider and internal stakeholders to ensure a best in class service is provided. The individual will also be responsible for ensuring we are constantly reviewing the costs within our supply chain whilst remaining competitive and providing a great customer experience. The role will also be part of a shared resource with our Sales administration, operations and service teams and will support where necessary. Duties and Responsibilities Logistics * Raising any shipments for inbound or outbound internally including all spares orders, business related and ad-hoc requests * Resolution for all logistics queries including customs clearance, failed attempts to deliveries, request for information and quotations * KPI management and continuous improvement with our external partners * Pricing maintenance and distribution to our internal stakeholders * Work closely with the wider teams to build upon our existing logistics platforms * Own all existing relationships with our logistics and returns providers, organising review meetings and QBRs where necessary * Work with our sustainability team to support our corporate social responsibility programme Returns * Full end to end returns management all RMAs are covered by this role / whether it be sales admin/CS/service * Ensuring all Amazon returns are processed efficiently and result in a * Work with our 3PL to ensure all returns are being processed within their SLA and systems updated accordingly * Reduce a level of cost through service centre negotiation and re-allocation of product * Manage and co-ordinate all returns to vendors * Broaden and enhance the service offering for our customers to reduce downtime, reduce cost and maximise stock availability * General * Support the Operations team as and when required outside of normal remit Qualifications/Skills * Proficient Operations/Logistics background * Proficient in Microsoft office tools including excel (VLOOKUPS, Pivot tables) * Ability to adapt/scale/suggest change * Initiative The ability to work alone and take lead when hurdles arise * Problem Solving Adapting to an ever-changing environment and reacting quickly to meet challenges About Us Our audio technology brands stand together, seeking to enrich lives through music by removing barriers to creativity.
