Your opportunity Chobham Academy is currently looking to appoint a diligient, hard-working Facilities Manager to oversee academy site maintenance provisions.Chobham's Facilities department is looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the facilities function to the highest standards. The current team consists of a team of 4 resources including the Facilities Manager. As part of Harris, you will join a community of staff dedicated to transforming education in London. What we are looking for We look for talented individuals who want to be a part of transforming education in London, and helping create exceptional places of learning. * Good knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and requirements * Training (or sound experience) in either plumbing, general/ground maintenance, electrical/building maintenance or heating systems * A sound understanding of cleaning methods and standards * Good communication skills and a flexible approach Please download the job pack for a full job description and person specification.
