Job Description

Human Resources Manager (HR) £35,000 to £40,000 + 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + Pension Edenbridge Human Resources Manager required by a well-established international manufacturing business. This is a newly created role to manage all policies, procedures and programs. The role will suit an experienced Human Resources professional who can autonomously run the department. This challenging and varied position will involve many aspects to include; recruiting new staff, payroll administration, generating training plans, reviewing in-house compensation and supporting the COO with policy creation and any required updates. You will be based from the well-established manufacturing site in Edenbridge. The company has a stable and secure workforce who are a collaborative team. You will be given the chance to stamp your mark on the role by improving procedures and through running improvement programs. The Human Resources Manager Role: * Taking full responsibility for the HR function of the business * Recruiting new staff into the business * Payroll administration * Reviewing / improving delivery of compensation and bonus schemes * Maintaining, improving and introducing new policies, programs and procedures * Completion of required administration * Other duties may be assigned The Human Resources Manager: * Experienced Human Resources professional * Able to autonomously run entire HR function * Management of policies, programs and procedures not a team
