Our client is looking for a Human Resource Supervisor:
Responsibilities:
- Drive implementation of HR policies and processes across the organization
- Manage Employee Life Cycle Calendar (Workforce planning, Recruitment, On-boarding, Performance Management, Talent Management & Succession, Career Management, Learning & Development, Leadership development, Reward & Recognition and Exits)
- Evaluation of HR Calendar implementation.
- Provide support to Line Managers and executives on implementing HR initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Relations, Human Resource Management or a related field
- Professional certification in Industrial Relations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
