Human Resource Supervisor

Responsibilities:

- Developing recruitment strategies

- Implementing systems for managing staff benefits and onboarding new employees on the Island.

- The candidate must be energetic, engaging, flexible and motivated.

Requirements:

- Have a minimum of 3 Years’ Experience in the same position in 4 / 5 Stars All Inclusive Resorts – Caribbean.

- Able to live and work on a remote Island.

- Good Interpersonal skills and empathy.
