Our client is looking for Human Resources Manager
Responsibilities:
Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations.Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local regulations and industry best practices.Ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process to attract top talent and maintain a diverse and skilled workforce.Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and facilitate relevant programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.Handle employee relations matters professionally and impartially, promoting a respectful and inclusive workplace culture.Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive packages and compliance with legal requirements.Stay updated on HR trends and best practices, making recommendations for continuous improvement.Implement and maintain HRIS systems to streamline processes and data management.Qualifications:
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Proven experience of at least 5 years as an HR Manager or similar role within the industrial sector.Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Guyana.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across various departments.Demonstrated leadership abilities and the capacity to drive positive change.Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office suite.Posted 4 months ago.
