Our client is looking for Human Resources Officer


QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE


· Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences or a related field.


· A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a Human Resource Environment


· Knowledge of Labor Laws and their application

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:


· Ensure the confidentiality of all employee data and sensitive Company related information.


· Execute and support manpower activities based on organizational needs – shortlist candidates,


conduct interviews in collaboration with hiring manager, conduct reference checks, conduct


orientation for and onboarding of new employees.


· Maintain and update job descriptions in collaboration with department heads.


· Manage the resume database and prepare employment related correspondence.


· Maintain the HR Employee database ensuring that records are updated and accurate.


· Maintain Employee files and ensure all documents are properly filed.


· Manage the leave tracking database.
