Job Title: Telesales Advisor Location: Birmingham Salary: 18,000 - 20,000 + Uncapped Commission Hours: Monday - Friday 09:00am -17:00pm Benefits: 28 Days Holiday Inc BH, Transport Links, Pension, Uncapped Commission Our prestigious client based in Birmingham are looking to further expand their Telesales team and are looking for driven and determined individuals with a positive attitude to work and the willingness to achieve. The company have been established for over 10 years and have grown considerably throughout this time. The ideal Telesales Advisor candidate will: * Have excellent customer service and sales skills * Have the ability to communicate to people of all levels * Be comfortable working in a targeted environment * Have the ability to build rapport, fact find and ask probing questions * Be driven and self motivated The successful Telesales Advisor will be responsible for: * Outbound sales calls to prospective clients * Lead Generation * Generating quotations * Follow up calls/emails * Closing sales * Prioritising workload * Working on own initiative In return the company will offer you a competitive basic salary of 18-20K per annum, Uncapped Commission, Excellent Benefits Package, Extensive Training, Progression opportunities and the potential for a long term career.
