Overview

Telesales Advisor Immediate Response have some fantastic opportunities for money motivated individuals who are keen to progress and demonstrate you ability to sell. This isn't an easy role as this will be outbound sales to domestic customers regarding their utilities. My client specialises in utility sales and works with some fantastic companies to ensure they provide the best deals. Pleas be aware YOU MUST HAVE TELESALES experience to be considered for this role. However all sectors in telesales are welcome to apply, although previous utility sales would be a great advantage. HOURS OF WORK: Monday - 10:45am -7pm // Tuesday to Thursday 10am - 6.15pm // Friday 9.30am to 4.00pm Salary - is £ 16,500 for first 4 weeks until training is complete then increases to £17,500 Commission increases to £5 per a metre converted after 25 sales which can include duel fuels - this is very achieveable Role: Telesales The Telesales Advisors role is telephone based and will include cold-calling new customers daily to switch their energy supply. You will be selling various tariffs and explaining the features and benefits that the supplier offers. Requirements: The ideal Telesales Executive will possess the following skills and experience: - Cold Calling Experience - The ability to work to sales targets - An excellent telephone manner - A high level of computer literacy - A self-motivated, determined attitude - The personality and likeability to build a rapport with potential clients The office is a fun, enthusiastic and hardworking contact centre in Birmingham City Centre.
