Overview

About The Role To sell garage equipment by contacting existing customers and to generate sales leads from our range of products. In addition, the role will generate new leads from fleet customers and promote our replacement parts products to our distributor customers. The role is a mixture of selling renewals of software and generating new sales leads that will be followed up by our regional sales managers. Contacting existing customers via outbound communication, with the aim of selling and/or retaining our products. Generate new leads and monitor outcome. Liaise with marketing & sales desk to ensure databases are maintained and aligned for maximum effectiveness to reach users efficiently. Ensure maintenance of these critical contracts are being upheld. Offer renewal alternatives as necessary, feedback losses. Report sales pipeline and opportunities to Head of D&S aftermarket. Analyse and feedback on market trends. To promote the business, by supporting the Head of UK Aftermarket Sales & Marketing and other team members in achieving sales as set out. To build effective business relationships with customers at all levels. To call existing and potential customers to generate sales leads for our fleet management products Follow up on email and direct mail campaigns to promote our Commercial vehicle garage equipment sales. Experience A background within a sales or similar customer service role A background in Garage equipment or similar environment is essential Experience of working on cross sector and cross functional projects Excellent communication both written and oral Experience of working with colleagues in other countries The ability to meet deadlines What We Offer A competitive salary package with annual "Value Sharing Bonus" paid to all employees.
