Telesales Executive ( Energy ) Telesales Executive / Account Manager Role: The Telesales Executive role is telephone based and will include cold-calling new customers daily to switch their energy supply. You will be selling various tariffs and explaining the features and benefits that the supplier offers. Requirements: The ideal Telesales Executive will possess the following skills and experience: Cold Calling Experience The ability to work to sales targets An excellent telephone manner A high level of computer literacy A self-motivated, determined attitude The personality and likeability to build a rapport with potential clients A very exciting opportunity has arisen to work in a fun, enthusiastic and hardworking contact centre in Birmingham City Centre.
