Overview
Telesales Advisor Immediate Response are working with a fantastic new client who are really growing and taking over their current market, and therefore looking to expand it current sales team. Based in central Birmingham, with great transport links my client require experience, motivated and money driven sales advisor's to join their telesales team You will be working on a utility campaign where you will be required to make outbound calls to customers and promote the cost saving they can make my switching. With basic salary starting at £16,500 increasing to £17,500 after your first month and passing training. The commission structure is great with your first year on target earnings to be around £25k depending on your performance, with potential to earn much more. My client also promotes organic growth and always looks to promote within their existing team. With their predicted growth their will be a number of opportunities arising where you can manage a team and earn additional bonus. Experience and skills required for the Telesales Advisor Outgoing and bubbly personality Ability to build rapport with customers and gain trust and provide honest quotations Able to look for buying signals and close the deal Team player, someone who can fit into a team, and help motivate each other and share best practice Ideally utility sales experience would be preferred however they welcome all Telesales experience My client offers some great incentive schemes to go along with their bonus such as vouchers, time off etc. They are also a very outgoing company who like to go out and enjoy Birminghams night life and fine dining.
