Job Description
Company Description We provide companionship and home care support to help older people in our local communities remain in their own home where they are happiest. All our calls are at least an hour long and put the needs of the people we care for at the centre of everything we do. We are rated as outstanding by the Care Quality Commission and our team are exceptional and caring. Job Description Our calls range from companionship to home help and are based on the individual and personal needs of the people we care for. Our CAREGiver team have regular clients that they support and a pattern of work that fits around their available time and commitments. We help around the home, spend social time with our clients and help them to retain their independence. Our aim is to improve the quality of peoples lives and provide care that really makes a difference. Qualifications Experience of care in whatever capacity even if it is for family members or friends is useful but we do provide full training and ongoing support to all our team and help all those new to care to develop the skills they need to be effective in the role.
