Company Description Home Instead Senior Care is the world's leading provider of non-medical care and companionship services for older people. With minimum visits of one hour, award winning training and an excellent reputation we are immensely proud of the quality of care we provide. We match our CAREGivers to our clients based on mutual interests and hobbies to help build bonds of trust and enables us to provide personalised support. We do require our CAREGivers to have transport to enable you to visit clients in locations that are poorly serviced by public transport. Job Description We are looking for reliable CAREGivers to look after our elderly clients in the evening. To work a 4.00pm - 10.00pm shift covering evenings and also week-ends , we cover 7 days a week, 365 days a year and we need good people to look after our clients needs. We do not expect you to work 'every evening and week-end' and we will certainly consider you if you want to work part-time and alternate week-ends, but caring does not stop after lunch ! Our clients need CAREGivers to help them prepare for bed, reminders to take evening medication, perhaps a light supper and a nice warming evening drink, ensure that they have everything they need to see them through the night. If you have the skills and talents to be able to really communicate with people, the reliability to be there because the clients need you, and the common sense to recognize when they may need some additional help then call us now. We do insist that ALL CAREGivers have their own transport because public transport can be very unreliable in some of the villages and we want to know that you can get safely home at the end of your shift.
