We operate a shift based system and are looking for people who can work a mixture of the following shifts 8.00am - 2.00pm and 4.00pm - 10.00pm, we also require our people to work some shifts every other week-end. These shifts are flexible and we can work around these times for the right people with the right attitude to the profession. We do insist that all our CAREGivers have their own transport because you will sometimes be asked to take your client to a doctors appointment or shopping, or even when the weathers nice to a social event, it can be a lot of fun ! Qualifications We will train you in all aspects of care and how to look after people in their own homes our training is award winning so you will definitely learn something to your own advantage. We will also encourage you to go further and take a professional qualification and will offer you whatever support you need to do this. We do insist that all of our CAREGivers have clear, consise spoken communication skills, this is because some clients may have dementia and some may be hard of hearing. We also insist that our CAREGivers are kindly, compassionate, caring people who take pride in providing a superior service.
