Company Description Home Instead Senior Care is the worlds leading provider of non-medical care and companionship services for older people. We do require all our Caregivers to have transport to enable you to visit clients in locations that are poorly serviced by public transport . With minimum visits of one hour, award winning training, our excellent reputation, is why we pride ourselves on providing a superior service to our clients and this allows them to remain in their own homes for as long as possible. Job Description Made a mistake and retired early? You are not alone ! The average retiree said they would have happily continued working for another seven years. If you want to make a difference you could be exactly the sort of person we are looking for to go in to our clients own homes and offer Companionship, Home Help and Personal Care (assisting with washing and dressing). You could be someone who has experience working in care having looked after a relative or have absolutely no experience at all but would like the chance to help others. Whatever you have done before we will give you award winning training and ensure you are Continuously Professionally Developed and supported throughout. The only thing we insist upon is that you have your own transport and are happyt o undertake an Enhanced DBS check. We will do the rest. Qualifications We do not insist on any formal qualifications but the role requires very good communication skills, common sense, reliability and a caring personality. You will also need your own transport to enable you to get to peoples homes. Additional Information As a CAREGiver, you will receive industry leading training. Great rates of pay 9.50 - 11.50 per hour and excellent support. In addition you will be paid mileage. Pension Scheme and Holiday Pay.
