GoTo Resourcing is looking to recruit a Logistics & Dispatch Supervisor for a company, our client, based in Small Dole, near Henfield, BN5, UK. Salary c.£22000 to £26000 negotiable. Full-time 40hrs a week permanent role. Benefits and salary offered: * Salary £22000 to £26000 depending upon experience * 20 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays * Workplace pension * Great team working environment and culture The Role of Logistics & Dispatch Supervisor: * Supervision of a team of 6 * Responsible for hitting dispatch targets * Responsible for logistic and tracking * LEAN and Continuous Improvements The company hiring this Logistics & Dispatch Supervisor role: They are an eCommerce manufacturing business working in plastics, wood panels and large format print. In this role, you will lead and supervise a team of 6. You will be responsible for hitting production targets, logistics and order tracking, implementing continuous improvement of processes as we rapidly expand over the next couple of years. The ideal candidate: will be from a hands-on logistics or manufacturing background, incredibly organised, have a good knowledge of UK geography and used to a fast-paced environment. Ready for a big challenge and full of energy to get the job done. Skills and experience required for this Logistics & Production Supervisor role: * Supervisor capable of inspiring, leading and organising a team and a clear firm communicator * A real passion for continuous improvement and able to implement simple but effective processes that will drive efficiency, maximise capacity and improve quality. * Highly IT literate. * Knowledge of logistics and distribution would help but training will be given. This will be a challenging position and you will work as part of a close-knit management team and report directly to the production manager.
