What You'll Do The SaaS Systems Administrator will work in mixed physical & virtual environments, primarily Windows but with some Linux, managing cloud infrastructure services and multiple cloud servers on various Cloud Service Provider instances. The Systems Admin must have experience working to support either IaaS, PaaS or SaaS environments. The Candidate must have Cloud Operations Experience with a major Cloud Service Provider (AWS, Microsoft Azure, IBM, Google, etc.). The person who fills this role will be assisting with migrating existing physical IaaS into new Cloud Instances and thus must be able to help design and implement new Cloud environments. The SaaS Systems Administrator position responsibilities includes but is not limited to: * Configure and fine tune cloud infrastructure systems * Install and configure virtual cloud instances * Support cloud servers including security configurations, patching, and * Work with Architecture Team in Designing and Implementing of new Cloud environments * Develop scripts for automating client/server deployments & functions * Configure and Implement Monitoring solutions for all environments * Administer Multiple Physical & Virtual Infrastructure from a Systems & Networking Perspective * Create and maintain system documentation * System Engineering including design, implementation and deployment * Provide Support for our internal and external customers worldwide * Be part of an On-Call Rotation * Other IT duties as assigned If you have the following experience, we'd love to hear from you! Minimum Qualifications: The preferred candidate will have a minimum of a four-year degree in a technology related field. If the candidate does not have a four-year degree, then a suitable equivalent would be any of the following: * 3 or more years of demonstrated IT experience with Cloud system administration, system design, support, and server management.
