Responsibilities: We are now recruiting for Process Operators to work in a Processing Team responsible for the manufacture of one of our oncology products, in a highly regulated clean manufacturing environment.You will contribute through the completion of each stage of the manufacturing process, filtration through to inspection, in compliance with AZ, Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) & Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE) standards. You will be required to work effectively as a member of the team in order to ensure that effective communication channels and efficient working practices are maintained across and between teams and working periods. This will include the manufacture of the product to meet production targets and quality and SHE standards whilst ensuring that all clean area standards are maintained at all times to protect integrity of the product. Responsible for the completion and reconciling of relevant batch specific documentation to meet with GMP & SHE standards and to ensure effective communication across the plant. Collating data from your work area, you will feed into production improvement activities and participate as a team member in improvement/capital projects to ensure the suitability for the end user. You will be involved in calibrating and testing equipment, sampling and inspecting products, to ensure that they meet with GMP & SHE standards. In addition, you will assist in diagnosing and take steps to resolve equipment/product quality issues to ensure the continued smooth running of the plant. Duties will also include receiving, accepting, locating, storing, dispatching and delivering products and materials and complete all relevant documentation to meet GMP and SHE standards. Essential Requirements: Basic Knowledge of GMP and SHE requirements Ability to work closely with team members in a highly regulated clean manufacturing area Ability to follow standard operating procedures Previous experience of working within a clean or manufacturing and equipment and proven experience of continuous improvement and problem solving skills would also be beneficial. Please note: this role will require working within a highly regulated and compliant clean manufacturing environment where you will be clean area gowned for part of the time. The role is a two shift operation Monday - Friday earlies and lates. These positions are internally aligned to SA91 Grade 7.
