Senior Consultant - Executive Compensation. London, UK. We're hiring! We are currently looking to recruit a Senior Consultant to join our Rewards Solutions practice based in London. The Rewards Solutions practice forms part of our Talent, Reward and Performance business, which is a division of Aon plc. Our Rewards Solutions team provides reward consultancy services to both public and private companies surrounding all aspects of compensation Our work consists of advising Remuneration Committees, Boards and senior management on levels of pay, incentive design, choosing and setting performance targets, corporate governance, packages for joiners and leavers. We help companies undergoing change from start-ups, IPOs, disposals and acquisitions. About the Role As a Senior Consultant your key responsibilities will involve; Provide Executive Compensation consulting services to a broad client base. Supporting client engagements involving design, assessment and advice. The individual must possess experience in the building of significant relationships with individuals within Executive Compensation/or HR space. The requirement is for an individual that has strong technical Executive Compensation expertise and is looking to utilise those skills in a consulting environment that will deliver revenue opportunities for the Reward Solutions team. Responsible for working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework, and compliance with the Aon UK Limited policies, including participation in the management of risks (including completion of mandatory training) that may adversely affect the business, interests or reputation of any Group Company. About you As a Senior Consultant your skills and qualifications will include: Previous experience providing executive compensation advice and consulting services is essential. A thorough understanding of compensation and the issues affecting reward structures. Sales experience with proven success. Experience leading projects and engagements. Degree qualified. Strong presentation and communications skills (both verbal and written).
