Reward Consultant, Asset Management We're hiring! Aon's Reward Solutions practice are currently recruiting a Reward Consultant to join our team in London. The Reward Consultant will be primarily responsible for: working alongside Partners and Senior Consultants in the development and execution of annual compensation studies and consulting projects within our Asset Management group. Our Asset Management group is focused on providing compensation consulting as well as pay and performance data to traditional asset management businesses as well as hedge funds, private equity houses, real estate investment firms and other alternative investment managers. Our industry focus, on-going client work and proprietary study data, allow us to frame each consulting project with a broad business context and apply our keen understanding of competitive issues and best practices. About the Role Owning and developing client relationships, including client service and identifying opportunities. Market research and competitor analysis. Working on projects that develop and implement client reward strategies that link to business strategy. Client advisory projects including Regulatory, analytical and market practice performance and reward consulting . Create and support the technical, statistical and graphical content of consulting projects and compensation studies. Project and process management. Responsible for working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework, and compliance with the Aon UK Limited policies, including participation in the management of risks (including completion of mandatory training) that may adversely affect the business, interests or reputation of any Group Company. About you Solid understanding of and interest in financial services sector. A thorough understanding of compensation and the issues affecting reward structures. Ability to master a specific area of expertise. Would be considered an expert and the go-to person for either an internal process or a market sector. Be a person that more junior staff can learn from and takes a proactive role in sharing experience and expertise. Driven in client service, origination, and delivers results orientated solutions to often complex problems. Able to develop business by understanding a client's requirements and tailoring approach Manages client relationships utilising resources where appropriate (junior staff, senior experts, technology). Prioritising requests and managing client's expectations. Degree qualified, preferably in a numerate discipline or equivalent. Experience with data analysis and a range of modelling techniques. Excellent interpersonal skills including strong presentation skills, both verbal and written (advanced PowerPoint skills would be an advantage).
