Providing administrative and logistical support to others as required. The individual must use good judgment and professional etiquette in recognising the scope of their authority in addition to being viewed as an extension of the managers they support. * Acts as Assistant to the CEO by arranging travel and meetings, sending agendas, taking minutes, managing diaries, participating in projects, filing, completing general administrative tasks and meeting other agreed objectives * Be proactive in anticipating CEO needs and solving challenges before they become problems * Maintain an in-depth knowledge of company operations, policies, and procedures and communicate these as needed * Effectively manage the details of highly confidential and critical projects to the company and maintain timelines * Oversee and provide support on the management of company activities involving the CEO (leadership meetings, company events, etc.) * Occasional travel (including overnight travel) to assist at events or meetings. Executive Assistants, facilities, finance, and IT team. They are a cross-functional team, who work closely to maintain the day to day efficiencies of the business.
