LuxDeco is looking for a confident and proactive Logistics Assistant to think meticulously about warehouse organisation and daily fulfillment tasks to ensure that all orders are sent out in a timely manner. A self motivated and professional individual looking to join our team in our newly renovated Waltham Abbey warehouse. Requirements This is a great opportunity to gain experience with a broad selection of luxury goods. This role will be responsible for picking, checking and packing products to ensure customer orders fit within brand guidelines. * Accurate picking, packing and dispatching * Goods in and Quality control for accessories and furniture * Maintain Accurate Stock Levels * Stock counting * Communication with Customer services * Ad-hoc jobs will be required * Able to work against deadlines and KPIs Business Competencies * A sense of style and an understanding of a luxury consumer * Computer literate * Previous Warehouse experience is preferred * Strong organizational skill * Strong communication skills * Multi-tasking master with unfaltering commitment to efficiency and quality with an eye for detail * Driving licence would be beneficial Benefits * Career progression and development * Annual salary/performance review * Subsidised Fitness First gym membership * Employee discount on LuxDeco.com * Company pension scheme * 24 days holiday plus bank holidays * Early Friday afternoon finish * Great company culture
