This is an exciting, attractive and rarely available opportunity to join the market leading Credit, Surety and Political Risk team in Willis Re International, London. **The Role** + Ensure account management excellence, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction and retention + Working with our actuarial team to model appropriate and sustainable reinsurance solutions, demonstrating a complete understanding and awareness of the risks and key performance indicators our clients face + New business generation + Working in tandem with other Willis Re teams and wider WTW colleagues across the world, promoting our "one team" approach to clients + Establishing excellent relationships with our reinsurers + Supporting the development of the junior members of our team, providing leadership, direction and guidance where required + Worldwide travel **The Requirements** + Consistent and recognisable experience of successful underwriting or broking experience in either Credit and Political Risk or Surety; the experience can be from insurance or reinsurance + IT fluency, particularly in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint + A good understanding of company accounts, economics and financial markets + Exceptional presentational skills + Ability to assimilate and apply large volumes of information and data rapidly + Fantastic negotiation skills + Innovative + Ability to prioritse, manage deadlines and work under pressure + Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills + Spanish and French speaking ideal but not essential Equal Opportunity Employer
