Job Description Job Description: The main job requirements for the post of Systems Engineer - Customer Support are detailed below, however the nature of the role requires a great deal of flexibility and the ability to react and adapt to new and changing requirements as they arise. Customer Focus: Act as the main point of contact for one or more customers supported by the team. Work with senior support and project delivery engineers in order to gain a detailed understanding of customer systems. Contribute to the project delivery process where appropriate. Ensure smooth technical handover to Customer Support and that customer system documentation is complete and accurate. Problem Resolution: Manage incident resolution for customer systems as per SLA. Have the appropriate technical skills to manage incidents and planned work independently.
