Executive Compensation, A&M Taxand Privately held since its founding in 1983, Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) is a leading global professional services firm that provides advisory, business performance improvement and turnaround management services. With over 4,500 people across four continents, A&M works closely with investors, law firms, corporate clients and private equity firms advising on a range of specialisms such as tax, disputes and investigations, corporate performance improvement, private equity services and restructuring & turnaround. A&M Taxand was one of the founding members of Taxand which is now the world's largest independent tax organisation with more than 400 tax partners and over 2,000 tax advisors in 48 countries. Today, with significant ambition to build on the successes in the UK market, A&M Taxand is looking to grow our new Executive Compensation business. This is an exciting and possibly unique opportunity for experienced EC consultants at all levels to join our new executive compensation practice. Led by a team of ex-Aon/New Bridge Street partners and senior practitioners, our practice supports a broad range of companies and their Remuneration Committees in developing remuneration arrangements and policies that are aligned with their strategies, culture and stakeholders. Experience of strategic reward advisory at Board and other executive levels, incentive design, target setting, corporate governance and investor views are essential.
