Partnership Manager (Franchise Sales) Who We Want: * Are you interested in Business Development within the Property Sector? * Are you someone who is highly entrepreneurial and loves the idea of building something from scratch? * Are you a commercially-driven and experience in B2B sales and strategic partnerships? * Are you results-driven, dynamic and possess outstanding negotiation skills? * Do you have experience within the property sector? If so, we might have the right opportunity for you! We are looking for a talented candidate to join our team. What you will be doing: * Working closely with the Senior Management team, you will drive our expansion effort in identifying and attracting prospective partners to join the Pass the Keys Franchise opportunity ( * You'll play a key role in accelerating our rate of expansion by finding and then recruiting new partners to join our program. Joining a 1 person team (taking the number to two), you will first qualify and then pitch new partners. At the time of writing, lead generation is handled by the marketing team, but we hope to move to a self-sufficient "new partnership team" in due course. * Work on the entire sales cycle by developing the action plan with the support of the CEO, COO and CGO. This will be a consultative sell. You'll need to be awesome at listening and matching your approach with your audience's' requirements and values To excel at this role, you will be expected to be a self-starter, have an impressive ability to build rapport with people quickly and a willingness to go above and beyond to help the business grow. The ideal candidate would already have relationships within the sector. This will be the chance to hit the ground running and take full ownership for your sales funnel, since you'll be responsible for lead generation, building pipelines, presenting, writing proposals and closing your own deals whilst conveying the Pass the Keys vision. At the moment we are right at the beginning of this program, and success will mean helping us expanding throughout the world. Employment Type: FULL_TIME
