Position Title: Facilities Administrative Clerk Reference: London-2020-019 Opening Date: 23rd March 2020 Closing Date: 1st June 2020 Work Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week Salary: £30,111 gross starting salary per annum (consisting of a basic salary of £25,857, London Weighting of £2,100 and a bonus of £2,154). Your main duties will include: - Performing clerical work by assisting with the daily operation of the Facility Management Office - Being a cashier, handling petty cash and ensuring that proper procedures are followed, avoiding any kind of fraud and mismanagement practices - Acting as backup to other FM administrative support personnel Join us, apply now The following qualifications are also required. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED Applicants must address each required qualification listed below with specific and comprehensive information supporting each item. EXPERIENCE: Clerical work experience, including performing duties in accounting or bookkeeping is required. LANGUAGE: Level IV (fluent) English is required. JOB KNOWLEDGE: A general understanding of establishing controls over the custody and processing of cash, the concept of the accountability principle as well as a background in customer service is required. SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Must have strong organisational skills, dealing with documentation and handling cash honestly and effectively. Must possess good working skills in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word and Excel. The ability to interact with tradesmen and a wide range of people using tact, courtesy and customer service is required. Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, responding quickly and accurately to requests. The incumbent is frequently expected to carry out duties with minimal or no supervision.
