Overview
Finance Administration Assistant Your new company A multi award winning company, having secured several new clients they are now recruiting for customer services staff for their Glasgow city centre office. They work with various high profile and well-established clients and as a result these are permanent roles offering progression and development opportunities. Your new role Processing a high volume of client referrals and responses for various clients daily. Assisting in reception duties, such as, answering the telephone, taking messages, operating the switchboard and greeting and signing in clients. Working various client portals. Processing reports for senior management daily. Processing transfer sheets for Customer Account Managers daily. To undertake duties by the senior management from time to time. To work flexibly with other team members. To solve any queries by telephone for our clients. Opening daily post in a secure room with 2 members of staff and distributing accordingly. Taking our mail to the post office daily. Any other tasks that may be required from time to time by management. To comply with information security procedures including the maintenance of data confidentiality and data integrity. Responsibility for the operational security of the information systems used daily. To comply with the security requirements that are currently in force, also to ensure that the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the information systems used is maintained to the highest standard What you'll need to succeed Essential: Attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and keep to timescales. High level of accuracy at all times. Knowledge of FCA Principle 6. Desired: Experience working in an administrative role.
