Telesales Executive - Car Finance 18-20K Basic + Excellent OTE upto 32K 5 day week 40hrs Monday to Thursday shifts between 9am-8pm Friday 9-6pm Saturday 9-6pm 1 in 2 with a day off in the week Have you got what it takes to join our team of money-saving ninjas? This is a targeted role, so you will be expected to sell car finance agreements via telephone, live chat, email and SMS in an efficient, courteous and professional manner. You will be provided with accepted finance leads and should take each customer from acceptance through to successful pay-out. The role will require the following: An understanding of financial products and services Experience from working in a contact-centre environment Inbound and Outbound calling The ability to deliver 5-star customer service Keenness to do whatever it takes on behalf of customers and colleagues Preferred experience in typical telesales IT systems Ease in explaining complex products clearly and concisely The drive to succeed and to meet both personal and team targets Great written and spoken communication skills An existing knowledge of vehicle sales, car finance and car leasing would be highly beneficial The role will suit someone with direct outbound sales experience from a financial services, insurance or motor trade background. However candidates with proven telephone based sales experience will also be considered.
