Overview

We are genuinely excited to be working with a respected Wealth manager who is actively seeking a skilled IFA Practice Manager to join a boutique, Wealth Management firm in London. Working directly alongside the MD and the Compliance Director, you will play an instrumental role in helping to drive the business forward through a period of sustained growth. They are seeking a self-starter, to fulfil a broad range of administrative and organisational responsibilities. The Practice Manager will be a hands-on role, with the opportunity to improve existing processes and procedures and identify ways in which the running of the business can be continuously improved. Responsibilities include: Providing support to the Senior Management team Assisting Financial Advisers Dealing with non advice client queries Communicating with product providers and professional connections Managing the day-to-day business processes and diary systems Processing and following up on new business development enquiries Maintaining the CRM system to ensure the availability of accurate MI data Assisting with HR, Payroll and Finance duties Essential criteria: Experience of working within an independent financial advice / wealth management firm Excellent communication / interpersonal skills, highly organised and attention to detail Proficient in the use of all Microsoft packages Desirable criteria: Experience using financial services back office systems such as Advice Front Experience of fulfilling a similar Office / Practice Manager role Knowledge of investments, pensions, tax planning, mortgages and protection.
