Overview
MVP Recruitment is an established Financial Services recruitment firm working with many of the top financial advisory firms in the industry nationwide. One of our clients a Professional Services Group based in the City of London is currently looking to on board a senior Independent Financial Advisor (IFA) to take over and further develop a client back worth circa £60 million. The reason for this requirement is because they have an excessive client bank which needs servicing asap. The aim after the successful handover is to grow a new team, with the senior IFA heading up the division. The salary range for this role is from £70,000 to £100,000 (DOE). Responsibilities Create and implement comprehensive and compliant financial solutions for individuals, businesses, and organisations, utilising your knowledge of tax and investment strategies, securities, insurance, pension plans and tax efficient investment. Develop and maintain trusting and long-standing business relationship with high net worth (HNW) clients to enable you to effectively advise them on complex products in all asset classes, wealth structuring, estate planning, retirement planning and protection Identify and develop new business opportunities from existing clients, introducers and referrals as well as your own comprehensive business networks. Create innovative financial solutions that appropriately meet your client’s needs before drafting high-quality, compliant reports and proposals Work with internal and external business partners to offer bespoke wealth management solutions. Manage your network of personal and business relationships, both internally and externally to acquire, develop and service clients.
