Overview
Senior Practitioner - Fostering - IFA salary package: £42,000 NonStop Care is recruiting for an experienced Supervising Social Worker or Senior Practitioner who can join a reputable Independent Fostering Agency in the Essex area. They have a Good Ofsted rating and the role is available due to expansion. In this role will, you will supervise a small caseload of foster carers across the Essex area and you will offer support to the less experienced Supervising Social Workers. The salary package includes a salary of about £37,500 plus £4,500 car allowance, so you will be well rewarded for your work. Please apply if you are an experienced Supervising Social Worker or a Senior Practitioner with a good Fostering experience and if you have experience in overseeing foster carers. You must have a good understanding of the National Minimum Standards and Fostering Legislation and you must be able to drive as well.
