Employment Solicitor/Associate - Legal 500 - Central London - West End This Legal 500 Law firm is a full service firm in the West End, The Employment team acts for both employers and senior executives. The team is ranked in the Legal 500 and the head of employment is personally ranked in Chambers & Partners. They specialise in advice work and disputes rather than employee benefits. There is also some corporate support. They have strong international connections with other law firms and are members of the Law Firm Alliance. At present the successful candidate will be the only associate and will report to the sole employment partner, although the team may grow in the near future. Role: The Employment Solicitor / Associate – servicing the firm’s clients and helping promote and develop the employment team and the firm. Responsibilities: To provide employment legal advice, assistance and representation to employer and senior executive clients on a wide range of employment matters to include: Drafting and negotiating new contracts Settlement agreements Tribunal and High Court litigation Corporate support To undertake all necessary administrative tasks that arise out of or which are incidental to the work of a solicitor in private practice.
