Join the team that is shaking up the legal industry! We have a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and innovative Legal Associate to join our Legal team at SeedLegals. The Legal Associate will be joining an incredible team who builds products, manages documents, handles compliance, and guides users through employment and basic SME documentation. Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer, core responsibilities will include: * Guiding users through employment and basic SME documentation * Helping to draft, modify and create new employment and basic SME documentation * Onboarding users and providing advice on how to optimise the employment tracking tools * Helping users to navigate the employee lifecycle * Ensuring users remain legally compliant with regulation * Advising on rewards and options * Supporting the CX team in understanding new products and providing legal expertise for users Requirements For this role it is essential that you possess a proven track record within an employment law/HR environment. In addition you must be able demonstrate working experience and knowledge in one or more of the following areas: * Employment Law * Centralisation of HR process * HR software * Conducting legal research * Employee option schemes We are looking for a motivated self-starter.
