A leading defendant firm is looking for a junior Clinical Negligence Lawyer to join its highly regarded team in Manchester on a full-time, permanent basis. Your new company The Clinical Negligence Lawyer will be joining a firm with a national profile that is regarded as one of the leading defendant firms in the country. Your new role In this role, the Clinical Negligence Lawyer will be responsible for: Handling a caseload of defendant clinical negligence matters Managing a caseload of lower value claims Assisting more senior members of the team on higher value, complex claims Working closely with a highly successful team What you'll need to succeed The firm looks to hire a junior or NQ Lawyer who demonstrates: Up to 3 years of PQE A clinical negligence seat in your training contact or experience within the practice area A claimant background will also be considered What you'll get in return In return, the Clinical Negligence Solicitor will be entitled to an excellent salary and benefits package.
