THE CANDIDATE: The suitable Clinical Negligence Solicitor will have recently qualified and have up to 3 years PQE within another law firm renowned for its clinical negligence work. It goes without saying you will have a first class academic track record and ideally you will have gained experience advising defendants in clinical negligence matters; however individuals with a claimant background managing high value, complex cases will be considered for this role.
