Clinical Lead-RGN Manchester Up to £18.00 Clayton Nursing is currently looking to recruit an experienced Deputy Clinical Manager for our clients Small Nursing Home specialising in convalescent care The role is full time with a generous salary of £17.50 per hour the role comes with a range of benefits including extensive training and career development opportunities. As the Deputy Clinical Manager, you will: Provide professional leadership for nurses and care staff ensuring the maintenance of clinical excellence. Assess, plan, implement and evaluate a nursing care at an advanced level, in an ever-changing environment Work as an autonomous practitioner in managing a clinical caseload; undertake research and audit in identified clinical areas; as well as delegate care and responsibilities to other team members and supervise appropriately Possess excellent clinical skills and a good knowledge of tracheotomies, peg feeding, and spinal injuries.
