Overview

Our operations team at Certas Energy are looking for a Logistics Administrator to join our team based in our Sudbury office on a 6 month fixed term basis. In this role you will work closely with the wider operations team and sales teams to carry out the administration of stock and supplies, while ensuring that call customers receive the highest standard of service. You will need great attention to detail and customer focus to carry out a wide range of administrative responsibilities including distributing delivery tickets, stock reconciliations, inputting and updating stock data, logging and resolving customer enquires, and ensuring all data is up to date and accurate. We recruit sales people to sell our fuel, oils and lubricants as well as drivers to deliver the products to our customers who may be individual home owners, farmers, small or large businesses Also essential to our business are our management teams and colleagues within, Marketing, HR, Finance, IT, Health and Safety and Legal. In addition, we have a dedicated team of service engineers who work within Team Energy.
