IFA Support Location : Central London Minimum Requirements: Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role within an IFA firm, relevant financial services qualifications recommended but not essential Salary/package : £24-30,000 annual bonus pension healthcare 24 days’ annual leave study support other benefits YOUR NEW COMPANY Our client is based in the West End of London. Established more than 15 years’ ago, the firm acts for a wide range of clients, and is recognised as being a market leader in its field by both third party professionals and industry media, having recently won the IFA Firm of the Year for the second year running. THE ROLE The key duties for the IFA Support role include: Acting as the point of contact between advisers, paraplanners, clients and product providers Establishing and maintaining electronic client files (Curo CRM) Obtaining information from clients and third parties Sourcing quotations, illustrations and supporting documentation Preparing valuations, reports and other material for client meetings Processing new business applications and maintaining accurate records of transactions to include: o defined benefit and offshore pension schemes o small self-administered pension schemes o placing/selling investments across multiple wrappers and structures and financial protection products REQUIREMENTS Candidates interested in the IFA Support vacancy will have the following: A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role within an IFA Relevant financial services qualifications (recommended but not essential) REMUNERATION / PACKAGE The IFA Support will receive: A competitive salary of between £24,000 & £30,000 Annual bonus Pension Healthcare 24 days’ annual leave Study support Next steps: If you are happy to apply for this position, please click on the Apply button and attach an updated copy of your CV.
